By practicing poi art, one learns to create, through movement, an incredible harmony of the body and develops the great ability to get in touch with ourselves in a very profound way. What is obtained is also a remarkable coordination, fundamental for the execution of the various movements. Poi art is a discipline that requires great mental concentration, but once you have learned the basic techniques, it is already possible to let yourself go relying on music.

The advanced course of poi art is held in our headquarters in Prato, to teach new students is Sinaida, organizational director and choreographer of the group. The aim of the course we are proposing is to train young aspiring performers who wish to perform together with us in several events. It is a real journey aimed at entering the entertainment world.
It starts with the knowledge of the basic technical notions and then learns to progressively connect every single movement. The choreographic work instead, besides being an excellent training to synchronize with others and to develop the sense of rhythm, is the activity that is necessary for the construction of real shows that will then be presented to the public. We are always looking for new figures with determination, determination and a great desire to learn and get involved. We select mainly, through promotional activities in high schools and through our courses that we organize at the Holistic Center of Ethereal in Prato

We address girls between the ages of 17 and 25 favoring those who have gained a more or less lasting experience in the field of rhythmic gymnastics or dance. The desire to experiment, to compare oneself and to improve oneself more and more is then the right ingredients to realize the dream of turning one’s passion into a profession.
